We have the formula for Impedance $\begin{aligned} & \mathrm{Z}=\sqrt{\mathrm{R}^2+\left(\mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{l}}-\mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{C}}\right)^2} \\ & \mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{C}}=\frac{1}{\omega \mathrm{C}} \\ & \mathrm{X}_1=\omega \mathrm{L} \end{aligned}$ And from the graph it can be easily seen that is Decreases first and then Increases.
