Which of the following will form an ideal solution?

Solution

Ideal solution must follow the Raoult's law for every composition and temperature. There must not be any exchange of heat during formation of solution The benzene and toluene both are the non-polar compounds. Both forms the ideal solution. Hence, $C_6H_6$ and $C_6H_5CH_3$ both form the ideal solution.
