So, the distance between charge separation increases in $\mathrm{CH}_3-\mathrm{CN}$ Dipole moment $=\delta \mathrm{d}$ So, d is largest for $\mathrm{CH}_3-\mathrm{C} \equiv \mathrm{N}$ bond, so dipole moment is highest in $\mathrm{CH}_3-\mathrm{CN}$.
