What is the function of Vasopressin hormone?
  1. Stimulation of growth hormone secretion
  2. Stimulation of steroid hormone secretion
  3. Stimulation of resorption of water and electrolytes

Solution

Vasopressin acts mainly at the kidney and stimulates resorption of water and electrolytes by the distal tubules and thereby reduces loss of water through urine (diuresis).
