What is the chemical difference between DNA and RNA?
  1. Presence of 2'-OH group in RNA
  2. Presence of Hydrogen bonds in DNA
  3. Absence of phosphate groups in RNA
  4. Absence of nitrogenous bases in RNA

Solution

The 2'-OH group present at every nucleotide in RNA is a reactive group and makes RNA labile and easily degradable. RNA is also known to be catalytic, hence reactive.
