Let the tube will oscillate in $n\text{th}$ harmonic. Then,
$n \left(\frac{v}{2l}\right) = 1.1 \times 10^3$
$\therefore n = \frac{2.2 \times 10^3 \times l}{v} = \frac{2.2 \times 10^3 \times 0.3}{330} = 2$
