The validity of Freundlich isotherm can be verified by plotting
$\log \frac{x}{m}$ on $y$-axis and $\log \mathrm{p}$ on $x$-axis
$\frac{x}{m}$ on $Y$-axis and $p$ on $x$-axis
$\log \frac{x}{m}$ on $x$-axis and p on $y$-axis
$\frac{x}{m}$ on $x$-axis and $\log \mathrm{p}$ on $y$-axis
Solution
Freundlich adsorption isotherm is an empirical relationship between quantity of gas adsorbed by unit mass of solid adsorbent and pressure at a particular temperature.
$\frac{\mathrm{x}}{\mathrm{m}}=\mathrm{K} \cdot \mathrm{p}^{1 / \mathrm{n}}(\mathrm{n}\gt1)$
Taking logarithm.
$\begin{aligned} & \log \frac{x}{m}=\log K+\frac{1}{n} \log p \\ & y=c+m x\end{aligned}$
on y -axis $=\log \frac{\mathrm{x}}{\mathrm{m}}$ on x -axis $=\log \mathrm{p}$
