Solution
Two forms of D-glucopyranose are $\alpha-\mathrm{D}-(+)$-glucopyranose and $\beta-\mathrm{D}-$ (+)-glucopyranose. These are anomers (a pair of stereoisomers) which differ in configuration only around first carbon atom are called anomers.
