$\begin{aligned} \mathrm{V} & =20-(-20)=40 \text { volt } \\ \mathrm{Q} & =40 \mathrm{C} \\ \mathrm{C} & =\frac{\mathrm{Q}}{\mathrm{V}} \\ \therefore \quad \mathrm{C} & =\frac{40}{40} \\ \therefore \quad \mathrm{C} & =1 \mathrm{~F}\end{aligned}$
