The portion of the line 4x+5y=20 in the first quadrant is trisected by the lines L1 and L2 passing through the origin. The tangent of an angle between the lines L1 and L2 is :

Using section formula

Co-ordinates of A=1×5+2×01+2,1×0+2×41+2=53,83
Co-ordinates of B=2×5+1×01+2,2×0+1×41+2=103,43
Slope of OA=m1=83-053-0=85
Slope of OB=m2=43-0103-0=25

We know that, tanθ=m1-m21+m1m2

tanθ=651+1625

tanθ=3041
