Given circle equations 

x2+y2-8x+40=0---(I)

x2+y2-5x+16=0----(II)

x2+y2-8x+16y+160=0----III 

Power of point with respect to circle =S1

For point P8, -152

With respect to equation I

=64+2254-64+40=3854

With respect to equation II

= 64+2254-40+16=3854

With respect to third circle

=3854

The remaining points in other options are not having same power.

So required point is 8, -152.
