In the given logical circuit, all logic gates are NAND gate.

So, $\left(\overline{A.A}\right)=\overline{A}$ and $\overline{B.B}=\overline{B}$

Output at $Y$ is $\left(\overline{A}.\overline{B}\right)=A+B$.
