Solution

Given digits are 0, 2, 4, 5 Total number of four-digits numbers,
$3 \times 3 \times 2 \times 1=18$ Total number of four-digit numbers that are divisible by $5=$ Number which ends with 0 and 5 . Number ends with 0 .
$3 \times 2 \times 1 \times 1=6$ Number ends with 5 .
$2 \times 2 \times 1 \times 1=4$ $\therefore \quad$ Total number of four digits numbers that are not divisible by $5=18-(6+4)=8$
