–OCH3=+M effect so, ring activating group and ortho para directing.

–CH3=+ hyperconjugation & +I so, ring activating group (ortho para directing).

–NH2= Here the aniline is the least reactive due to formation of anilinium ion in acidic medium. It will now act as strong -I group.

–Cl=–I>+M so, ring deactivating & meta directing.
