Dynamic resistance of a diode is defined as, R=Vi.

At forward bias voltage of 2 V,

R1=Vi=2.1-210-5×10-3=20 Ω

At forward bias voltage of 4 V,

R2=Vi=4.2-4250-200×10-3=4 Ω.

Therefore,

R1R2=204=51
