Sol. Given, $\Delta t = 0.02\ \text{s}$, $\nu = 40\ \text{Hz}$ and $\Delta t = 0.02\ \text{s}$
Time period, $T = \frac{1}{\nu} = \frac{1}{40}\ \text{s}$
Phase difference, $\Delta\phi = \frac{2\pi}{T} \times \Delta t = \frac{2\pi}{\left(\frac{1}{40}\right)} \times 0.02$
$= 2\pi \times 40 \times \frac{2}{100} = \frac{8\pi}{5}\ \text{rad}$
Answer: $\frac{8\pi}{5}$ rad
