Solution

Given that: x2+y2+8x+10y-8=0

As we know that x2+y2+2gx+2fy+c=0

has centre -g,-f and r=g2+f2-c

here, g=4, f=5, c=-8

centre -4,-5,

radius = r = 16+25+8=7
