Solution

$\tan \mathrm{\theta }=\frac{\mathrm{Q}\mathrm{E}}{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{g}}=\frac{5\times {10}^{-6}\times 2000}{2\times {10}^{-3}\times 10}=\frac{1}{2}$
