$\because \quad V=\frac{k q}{r}$ and $V^{\prime}=\frac{k q}{R} \times 1000$
Total charge on one small droplet is q and
on the big drop is $1000 \mathrm{q}$. $\Rightarrow \quad \frac{\mathrm{V}^{\prime}}{\mathrm{V}}=\frac{1000 \mathrm{r}}{\mathrm{R}}=\frac{1000}{10}=100$
$\therefore \quad V^{\prime}=100 \mathrm{~V}$
