Solution

Given hyperbola 4x2-y2=36

x29-y236=1

Equation of chord of contact w.r.t. point T(0, 3) : xx19-yy136=1

x.09-y.336=1

 y= -12

This intersect the hyperbola x29-14436=1 

at x=±35



P35, -12 and Q-35, -12

Hence, area of =12×65×15=455
