1. II > III > I
2. III > II
3. I > II > III
4. III > I > II

Here the reactivity order is

(I) becomes aromatic after removal of $\mathrm{C}{\mathrm{l}}^{-}$
(II) non aromatic after removal of $\mathrm{C}{\mathrm{l}}^{-}$
(III) becomes anti aromatic after removal of $\mathrm{C}{\mathrm{l}}^{-}$ .
