On the basis of Bohr's model, the radius of the 3rd  orbit is
  1. Equal to the radius of 1st  orbit
  2. 3 times the radius of 1st  orbit
  3. 5 times the radius of 1st  orbit
  4. 9 times the radius of 1st  orbit

Solution

So we know the concept of bohr's orbital theory the radius of nth orbit is 

r = 0.53 n2z

Where we know that 

n=Number of orbit                        z = atomic number

So for  3rd orbit the radius is 

r = 0.53×9z

So from above we know that 3rd orbit radius is 9 times the radius of 1st orbit
