$\mathrm{MnO}_4^{-}+5 \mathrm{C}_2 \mathrm{O}_4^{2-}+24 \mathrm{H}^{+} \longrightarrow 3 \mathrm{Mn}^{2+}+10 \mathrm{CO}_2+12 \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}$
$\because$ Number of moles of $\mathrm{MnO}_4^{-}$required to oxidise 5 moles of $\mathrm{C}_2 \mathrm{O}_4^{2-}=3$
$\therefore$ Number of moles of $\mathrm{MnO}_4^{-}$required to oxidise 1 mole of $\mathrm{C}_2 \mathrm{O}_4^{2-}=\frac{3}{5} =0.6 \mathrm{~mol}$
