Solution

Given an=-1n1+x2+x23+.+xn-1ndx

=x+x222+x332++xnn2-1n

i.e. an=n+112+n2-122+n3+132+n4-142++nn+-1n+1n2

Here a1=2, a2=2+11+22-12=92,

a3=4+2+289=1009,

a4=5+154+659+25516>31.

 an2,30, so the required set is 2,3.

  sum of all elements =5.
