For coefficient. of x:r2+2r3=1

 coefficient of x=10!9!a9b1=20

a9·b=2 ......i

Coefficient of x2:10!8! 2! 0!a8·b2+10!9! 0! 1!·a9·c=210

45a8·b2+10·a9·c=210

9a8b2+2a9·c=42 .......ii

As a, b, cN, so by hit and trial in equation i & ii we get, a=1, b=2, c=3

Hence, 2a+b+c=23+2+1=12
