Solution

CCK
  • Cholecystokinin or CCK acts on both pancreas and gall bladder and stimulates the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and bile juice, respectively.
GIP
  • GIP inhibits gastric secretion and motility by acting on the gastric glands.
ANF
  • The atrial wall secretes ANF. This opposes RAAS mechanism and reduces the blood pressure, as it is a vasodilator.
ADH
  • Secreted by neurohypophysis.
  • ADH facilitates water reabsorption from latter parts of the tubule, thereby preventing diuresis.
  • ADH can also affect the kidney function by its constrictory effects on blood vessels.
