Solution

In the first step, alcohol group accepts a proton from the hydronium ion, and thus leaves forming a carbocation. As there is a chance for formation of a six-membered ring, a six membered ring is formed with a carbocation. Hydrogen next to the carbocation leaves forming a cycloalkene which is also the saytzeff product. Chain of reactions are as follows:
