The oxidation state of $\mathrm{Cl}$ in perchloric acid $\mathrm{HClO}_4$ is +7 while that of $\mathrm{S}$ in sulphur acid is +6 . Greater the oxidation state of the central atom, more readily is the cleavage of $\mathrm{O}-\mathrm{H}$ bond. So, statements 1,2 and 4 are correct.
