All the capacitors are in parallel combination and therefore potential drop across each capacitor would be the same.

Charge on the capacitor can be written as, Q=CV.

The charge on C1 is Q1=2×10=20 μC

The charge on C2 is Q2=x×10=10x μC

The charge on C3 is Q3=3×10=30 μC

By the given data.

C1+C2+C3=100 μC

102+x+3=100

x=5
