In the given circuit, the current I through the battery will be

Solution

In the first circuit diagram, the diodes D1 & D3 are forward biased and D2 is reverse biased(Hence, no current through it). So the circuit is simplified to the second diagram.

Hence, the equivalent resistance is 

Req=20×1020+10

Req=203 Ω

Using Ohm's law, the current is 

I=10203=3020 A=1.5 A
