Solution

In the reaction A, the transfer of electron takes place from the oxygen atom to the adjacent bond between oxygen and carbon atom as the end of the row is between the bond formed.

However, in reaction B, the transfer of electrons takes place from the π bond between the carbon and nitrogen atoms to the adjacent nitrogen atom.
