Solution
$\beta=\frac{I_{C}}{I_{B}}=20$
$\frac{I_{C}}{I_{E}-I_{C}}=20 \quad \frac{I_{E}-I_{C}}{I_{C}}=\frac{1}{20}$
$\frac{I_{E}}{I_{C}}-1=\frac{1}{20} \quad \frac{I_{E}}{I_{C}}=\frac{1}{20}+1=\frac{21}{20}$
$I_{C}=\frac{20}{21} \times 7=\frac{20}{3} \mathrm{~mA}$
