Solution
The voltage across $L$ and $C$ has phase difference of $\pi$ $\mathrm{X}=\mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{L}}-\mathrm{X}_{\mathrm{c}}=60-60=0$
Hence the resultant voltage across the combination is zero.
