The straight line is shown below with the intercepts.

 cosθ=72h    sinθ=72k

494h2+494k2=1    x and y are positive

 Locus =1x2+1y2=449

Now α, 733 lies on curve

1α2+9147=449

1α2=149

 α=±7

 α=7

Hence this is the required option.
