Given: x2+4xy-y2=0

This is the equation of pair of straight lines so comparing it with ax2+2hxy+by2=0 we get, 

a=1, b=-1, h=2

As we know the equation of the bisector is given by, x2-y2a-b=xyh

x2-y21--1=xy2

x2-xy-y2=0

As y=mx is one of the bisector

x2-xmx-mx2=0

x2-mx2-m2x2=0

m2+m-1=0

m=-1±52

2m=-1±5
