Solution

Centre of the circle is the point of intersection of the diameters $3 x-4 y-7=0$ and $2 x-3 y-5=0$ which is $(1,-1)$ and $r=7$ $\begin{aligned} & (x-1)^2+(y+1)^2=7^2 \\ & \Rightarrow x^2+y^2-2 x+2 y-47=0\end{aligned}$
