According to Plank's quantum theory, energy of the incident wave can be expressed as:

E = hcλ

Energies of different radiation are given i.e.

E1=25eV,     E2=100 eV

So the ratio of wavelength at different energies

λ1λ2 =hcE1hcE2=E2E1λ1λ2= 100 eV25 eV=41Hence, λ1 : λ2=4 : 1
