If the distance $s$ travelled by a particle in time $t$ is given by $s=t^2-2 t+5$, then its acceleration is
- 0
- 1
- 2
- 3
Solution
Given, $s=t^2-2 t+5$
On differentiating w.r.t., $t$ we get
$\frac{d s}{d t}=2 t-2$
Again differentiating, we get
$\frac{d^2 s}{d t^2}=2$
