Given equations 

 2y2+5xy-3x2=0 and x+y=k---(I) .

Given is a homogenous pair of straight lines.

3x2-5xy-2y2=0

3x2-6xy+xy-2y2=0

3xx-2y+yx-2y=0

x-2y3x+y=0

Lines are x-2y=0---(II) & 3x+y=0III

Intersection of above two lines is origin.

Intersection of I & II

y=k3 , x = 2k3 A2k3,k3

Intersection of I & III

x=-k2, y = 3k2, B = -k2, 3k2

Given that centroid of OAB is 118,1118

2k3+-k23,k3+3k23=118,1118

k18,11k18=118,1118

k=1.
