Let 3, A1, A2, A3,......Am, 243 are in arithmetic progression with m arithmetic means.

Common difference d=243-3m+1=240m+1

Let 3, G1, G2, G3, 243 are in geometric progression with 3 geometric means.

Common ratio r=243313+1=8114=3

Given G2=A4

332=3+4240m+1

27=3+960m+1

m+1=40

m=39
