Given, $D, E$ and $F$ are respectively mid-points of $AB, AC$ and $BC$ of $∆ABC.$

Let $\overrightarrow{OA}=\overrightarrow{a}, \overrightarrow{OB}=\overrightarrow{b}$and$\mathrm{ }\overrightarrow{\mathrm{OC}}=\overrightarrow{c},$then by using the mid-point formula, we have

$\overrightarrow{OD}=\frac{\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{b}}{2}, \overrightarrow{OE}=\frac{\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{c}}{2}$ and $\overrightarrow{OF}=\frac{\overrightarrow{b}+\overrightarrow{c}}{2}.$

Now $\overrightarrow{AF}=\overrightarrow{OF}-\overrightarrow{OA}=\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{b}+\overrightarrow{c}\right)-\overrightarrow{a}, \overrightarrow{BE}=\overrightarrow{OE}-\overrightarrow{OB}=\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{c}\right)-\overrightarrow{b }$ and $\overrightarrow{CD}=\overrightarrow{OD}-\overrightarrow{OC}=\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{b}\right)-\overrightarrow{c}.$

$\therefore \overrightarrow{AF}+\overrightarrow{BE}=\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{b}+\overrightarrow{c}\right)-\overrightarrow{a}+\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{c}\right)-\overrightarrow{b}$

$=-\frac{1}{2}\left(\overrightarrow{a}+\overrightarrow{b}\right)+\overrightarrow{c}$

$=-\overrightarrow{CD}=\overrightarrow{DC}.$
