Oxalate $\rightarrow \mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{4}^{2-}$
$\mathrm{K}_{3}\left[\mathrm{Cr}\left(\mathrm{C}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{4}\right)_{3}\right] \rightarrow(1 \times 3)+\mathrm{Cr}+(-2 \times 3)=0$
$\quad 3+\mathrm{Cr}-6=0$
$\therefore \mathrm{Cr}=+3$
