Magnetic moment $(\mu)$ is given as $\mu=\sqrt{n(n+2)}$ where, $n$ is number of unpaired electrons. $\mathrm{Ti}^{2+}:[\mathrm{Ar}] 3 d^2 ;$ number of unpaired electrons $=2$ $\mathrm{Cu}^{2+}:[\mathrm{Ar}] 3 d^9 ;$ number of unpaired electrons $=1$ $\mathrm{V}^{2+}:[\mathrm{Ar}] 3 d^3$; number of unpaired electrons $=3$ Hence, the increasing order of magnetic moment is as $\mathrm{Cu}^{2+} < \mathrm{Ti}^{2+} < \mathrm{V}^{2+} < \mathrm{Fe}^{2+} .$
