(II). $\left[\mathrm{SiF}_6ight]^{2-}$ is known but $\left[\mathrm{SiCl}_6ight]^{2-}$ does not exist, this is because due to larger size of $\mathrm{Cl}$ atom as compared to $\mathrm{F}$ atom it is not possible to accommodate six atoms of $\mathrm{Cl}$ around $\mathrm{Si}$ atom. (III). Fullerens structure have carbon atoms both in $s p^2$ and $s p^3$ hybridised system.
