Solution

Hydrolysis of $m$-RNA, single strand DNA and $r$-RNA does not give equal number of $A$ and $T$ or $G$ and C. This is because $a, b$ and $c$ are single strand whereas (d) i.e. double helix DNA is double strands. Thus, (d) will give equal number of $\mathrm{A}$ and T or G and C.
