Solution
$p$ -Chloroaniline and anilinium hydrogen chloride can be distinguished by $\mathrm{AgNO}_{3}$. Anilinium hydrogen chloride will give white ppt of $\mathrm{AgCl}$ on reaction with $\mathrm{AgNO}_{3}$, but $p$ -chloronoaniline will not react with it because $\mathrm{Cl}$ is directly attached to benzene nucleus.
