$\mathrm{HNO}_{3}$ (aq) is titrated with $\mathrm{NaOH}(\mathrm{aq})$ conductometrically, graphical representation of the titration is :

Solution

Molar conductivity of $\mathrm{H}^{+}$ and $\mathrm{OH}^{-}$ are very high as compare to other ions. Initially conductance of solution sharply decreases due to consumption of free $\mathrm{H}^{+}$. After complete neutralization further slightly increases due to presence of $\mathrm{OH}^{-}$.
