Solution

Since the lamina is equilibrium.
$\therefore \mathrm{F}_{\mathrm{net}}=0 \& \tau_{\mathrm{net}}=0$

$\mathrm{T}_{\mathrm{o}}=10 \ell-\mathrm{F} \ell \Rightarrow \mathrm{F}=10 \mathrm{~N}$
