Capacitance of the parallel plate capacitor when air is present between the plates, C=ε0Ad=15 pF

Capacitance of the parallel plate capacitor when dielectric is filled in between the plates,

 C'=kε0Ad'=3.5ε0A2d=3.52×15 pF=1054 pF
