By the faraday's law in electromagnetic induction

εind=-dϕdt=-dB·Adt

Magnetic flux is ϕ=B·A=3t3j^+3t2k^·π12k^

So, ϕ=3t2π

Now, induced emf is εind=dϕdt=6tπ

At t=2, εind=62π=12π V.

Thus, the value of n=12.
